New England Veterinary Medical Association Conference 2015

September 24, 2015 @ 8:00 am - September 27, 2015 @ 5:00 pm

New England Veterinary Medical Conference

The Veterinary Medical Association of New England invites the nation to breath-catching Portland, Maine for their 2015 Conference.  Education and spectacular, infamous New England fall folliage will collide to bring attendees a well needed vacation with benefits!

This year the veterinary medical association has decided to expand the conference to three full days and includes such acclaimed speakers as Dr. Mike Dryden and exotics expert, Dr. Don Harris whose lectures include one of my favorite topics, backyard poultry…so I’m using this as another excuse to show off my cute chickens 🙂Veterinary Conference 2015 speakers

New England is hosting a number of brand new lectures of mine, two of which I’m very proud:  The Veterinary Business Model of the 21st Century, includes information on the latest veterinary payment plans and easy, profitable ways we can assist clients with the cost of veterinary care.  Up to this point there has been a lot of interest in veterinary payment plans. I’ll review the ones that work and the ones that don’t as well as a host of other payment solutions including new-to-the-game Vetbilling.com which has had rocketing growth and a very long list of success stories.  Tony Ferraro of Vetbilling and his great business partner Suzanne Cannon will be at the conference and I encourage you to reach out to both for a one-on-one chat (or one-on-two 🙂 about the payment solutions they can customize to your specific practice’s needs.

And the second lecture is just great.  At this year’s New England Veterinary Medical Association Conference, I’ll have the honor of participating in a panel of speakers that includes Dr. Mike Dryden, Dr. John Talmaldge,  and Kelly Searles on the explosive success of what’s being dubbed as The Veterinary Pharmacy Hybrid Model.  The four of us will be presenting a collaborative study demonstrating how to use third-party online pharmacies like Vets First Choice to grow overall compliance, revenue and net profit.  I have to say the case studies are just great.

Fairness to Pet Owner’s Act Poised to Radically Change Veterinary Revenue and Profit

The only other thing I’ll say is this: I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited about my lecture material.  I’ve packed the slides with ‘quiz breaks’ to give attendees a chance to test their knowledge of the information in real time and even built a supplemental course that all attendees can take online free of charge for VHMA accredited management CE.

So I hope to see you at this year’s New England Veterinary Medical Association’s 2015 Conference wearing a smile and a lobster bib!
