Congratulations on a successful conference. I hope you’re proud of the work that you’re doing and your group itself, Blue River PetCare.
Excellence has so many implications beyond company growth. Working hard to be better at what you do helps owners cope with the emotional rollercoaster of pet health issues, reduces anxiety in both pets and people, saves lives, improves lives, and grows your own talent and skill.
That latter benefit is worth noting. The path you’re on right now leads to greatness provided you’re open to learning all the lessons it winds through along the way. Success without failure, without struggle, learning and effort, isn’t success, but just dumb luck. Acquiring skill to be successful is more valuable than success itself because it means that you always have the ability to reproduce your past victories.
