Indo American Veterinary Medical Association Meeting

March 9, 2014

Bash Halow, veterinary educator and consultantBash Halow, CVPM, LVT will be presenting at the Indo American Veterinary Medical Association in Pleasanton, CA hosted by Merck Animal Health on Sunday, March 9th, 2014. His topics include:

Get them In and Keep Them Coming Back (1 hour):  Recorded phone calls made to practices around the US prove that we are not doing an effective job at communicating to clients.  This lecture NEVER ceases to get the entire room interacting and commenting.   In addition to being very funny, the calls are a jumping off point to discuss training and ways to get the entire team to better connect with clients.

Ten Disastrous Management Habits (1. 5 hours):  What good is having an experienced veterinary practice consultant speak if he doesn’t share some of his best ‘battle stories’ ? This is a first hand account of what happens when we allow basic management systems to fall by the way side.  Guaranteed to shed brand new light on how we manage, this lecture isn’t just funny, it’s very helpful in teaching people how to stay out of their own way.

Standards of Care and Compliance (1 hour):  Our company has a solid track record of improving revenue (typically by 12-18%) by increasing a practice’s compliance to its standards. We’ll take attendees through a step by step process on how we do this.

When i say Team, I mean TEAM! (1 hour):    A lecture on team building and training based on our successful methods for doing both in practices all over the US
