THRIVE! PVMA’s 1st Veterinary Management Conference

February 6, 2016 @ 8:00 am - February 7, 2016 @ 5:00 pm

Bash Halow presents at the Thrive Veterinary Management Conference

You get it! You’re supposed to be online, you’re supposed to post to social media; you’re supposed to pay attention to online reviews; but where’s the time? Where to start? How to be effective? What to write about? How do you know if it’s working?

So many questions and so MANY answers at the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association’s FIRST all veterinary management conference at the Kalahari Waterpark and Resort in the Poconos!

Veterinary management conference and birthday cake
Bash Halow and Kenya the Kalahari elephant will both celebrate their birthdays at this year’s PVMA Veterinary Management Conference, THRIVE!

Bash Halow and the Kalahari’s elephant mascot, Kenya, both have birthdays in February (not making that up; his is on the 3rd if you want to bring him a Twinkie or something), so there should be plenty of fun and festiveness in the air.

Here’s a look at Halow’s track and the rest of what’s happening at this auspicious first for the PVMA.

Thrive Veterinary Management Conference

Down and Dirty Thirty: Thirty-minute power sessions of essential marketing information and veterinary continuing education

Marketing Goals and Returns: Who you are; what you’re trying to accomplish; and getting started with marketing.

Too many veterinary professionals are spending fistfuls on advertising and online presence packages with no clear goals and no clear connection between the money spent and the return on the investment. Mr. Halow will teach you how to lock onto advertising goals and aim specific marketing tactics at them for a direct hit.

A Thriving Website and Online Presence: Bringing structure to a ‘cloud’ of online marketing opportunities

To make the most of your marketing efforts, your website, social media posts, client reviews and business listings should all work together. Bash will show you how to optimally set up your online presence so that you capture the attention of existing and new clients and drive them to take an action step like phone your practice or make an appointment.

Comes with wonderful follow up materials that you’ll be able to share with the other members of your practice team who can’t attend. Anyone who is budgeting money for online marketing or visibility in 2016 should attend this class. (2.5 hours)
