Building, Training & Retaining Your Dream Team, Part 1

This dinner presentation will be part one in a two part series by Brenda Tassava.  Part one will be an introduction and overview of how to build, train, and retain your dream team. 

Part two (date TBD in October) will be a one-day workshop, that will take you through the ins and outs of the recruiting, training and the hiring process. Brenda will provide you with the tools needed to change your practice’s culture for growth and longevity. We will look at ways to determine if you truly need another staff member or whether you just need to look at your staffing in a different way. From new ways to recruit to hiring from an employee pool of four generations (but approaching five), we will explore today’s workforce and how you can find, hire and train the best people available. Then we will focus on retention of the dream team you’ve created for the future growth of your veterinary practice through performance evaluations, goal setting and work-life balance initiatives.
